This lady did just that. She worked with us prior to selling our house to find us a new one. That took a while but she was faithful, patient, determined and had more confidence than we did. AND it all paid off. She found us the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood! 2 days prior to closing the buyers of our house decided they wanted the picture holes in the walls patched and painted. So, we patched the holes the night before closing. Putty dried overnight. We are still packing up the last minute things PLUS had to clean AND now paint. The buyers were going to do another walk thru at 10:30a before our 12p closing. Well, this angel (AKA Bonnie Jeffers) walked in our house at 9:45a and went to sanding and painting. House buying AND selling at the same time is insanity. But, Bonni was an amazing realtor and she pulled it off There were issues on both sides along the way, and I joked that it was a wagon with square wheels, but, she pulled it all the way to the finish line. She went above and beyond on both sides. She had to deal with tons of texts and questions from me, phone calls, last minute lending issues, and lots of people along the way who were less than helpful. It took us a bit to find what we wanted, and she never stopped looking for us. With her help, we were able to buy our new home before it was ever even listed, and my previous home sold in less than 24 hours, with the first offer being within 10 hours of it being listed.
